Next comes the cutting and shaping stage. Metal sheets or rods are meticulously transformed to precise sizes and contours based on detailed specifications. Our skilled fabricators wield a range of tools and machinery, from punches and saws to laser cutters and press brakes, achieving accurate cuts and bends with meticulous attention to detail.

Once our projects have manufactured and passed through our quality inspection process, all components are carefully packaged and transported to site. Upon arrival the site is meticulously prepared. This involves clearing the installation area and setting up any required scaffolding, support structures or safety barriers.

All of our Installation teams are equipped with the necessary tool and safety gear to carry out their work safely and efficiently. Components are positioned and secured according to the installation plan, which may involve welding, bolting or other jointing methods. Our Teams are trained to work safely and systematically, following the sequence outlined in the installation plan.

After the installation is complete, a thorough inspection is conducted to verify the work’s quality. Any final touches or paint touch-ups are then applied to ensure a perfect finish.
