Our commercial clients are at the heart of our business. We work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to help deliver their requirements of their scheme within budget and on-time.

Industry Experience

We have more than 30 years of experience of working side-by-side with some of the UK’s largest housebuilders on developments throughout the region. More recently, our commercial business has grown alongside the expansion of major cities such as Manchester and Liverpool, to include large-scale balcony schemes to apartments as well as structural steel projects. We pride ourselves on our versatility and being able to meet the needs of the customer – whatever they may be.

Safety and Compliance

We understand that working on site can present it’s own dangers, that’s why whilst our commercial metal fabricators carry out all site work, our primary focus is always on safe working methods. All of our site teams are CSCS trained, with our supervisors SSSTS trained. We also ensure that regular tool-box talks are carried out with all staff to maintain a focus on safety. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Building Regulations and best practices also helps us provide guidance for our customers.
